Utilizing documentation of disability and information obtained in consultation with the student, CUSV staff assesses the effects of a student’s disability on his/her ability to access the educational process and identifies reasonable academic adjustments. In addition, CUSV w orks to sensitize university faculty and staff to the needs of students with disabilities and helps students obtain the materials, equipment, and assistance necessary to successfully pursue their education. The first floor of the University building is wheel chair accessible, but not all the classrooms do.
